Common Faults and Solutions of Bipan Trade Butterfly Valve

1. Before installation of butterfly valve, it is necessary to confirm whether the product performance and medium flow arrow are in accordance with the operating conditions, and clean the inner chamber of the valve. It is not allowed to have impurities on the sealing ring and butterfly plate. It is not allowed to close the butterfly plate before cleaning, so as to avoid damaging the sealing ring.

2. The special flange for disc valve, HGJ54-91 socket welded steel flange, is recommended for the installation of matching flange for disc plate.

3. Install in the pipeline position, the best position is vertical installation, but can not be inverted.

4. It is necessary to adjust the flow rate in use, which is controlled by worm gearbox.

5. Disc valves with more opening and closing times should be opened in about two months to check whether the butter is normal and maintain a proper amount of butter.

6. Inspection of the connection parts requires tightening, that is, to ensure the sealing of the filler, but also to ensure the flexible rotation of the valve stem.

7. Metal-sealed butterfly valve products are not suitable for installation at the end of the pipeline. If it must be installed at the end of the pipeline, the outlet flange should be fitted to prevent the sealing ring from extruding and overpositioning.

8. Check the effect of the valve regularly and remove the faults in time.
